This Amendment would do the following things: - Change the secretary of internal affairs to an elected position
- The winner of the election would be required to be endorsed by all WA nations in the region
- They would be able to have very high regional influence so they can do their job
- Merge the position with WA delegate
This would help the secretary of internal affairs do his job better and consolidate the government.

The Sec of IA is already an elected position. Also, I feel kinda uneasy giving the Secretary the "World Assembly" powers.

I feel that there are some problems with this. Even if the Secretary of Internal Affairs is the World Assembly Delegate, that still does not guarantee limitless power to ban/eject nations. This would only be a temporary solution, as the Secretary's influence could still run out. Also, it would be quite hard enforcing the rule that everyone would have to endorse the Secretary. There is no way we can make sure everyone will do this.

I veto this.
Sam doesn't need more power than he already has. Ben worked hard to become the WA Delegate, and we can't force people to endorse either.

Yeah it doesn't make any logical sense to give SoIA the World Assembly power.

Yeah it doesn't make any logical sense to give SoIA the World Assembly power. Suleyman, please use proper grammar. It either "doesn't make sense" or "it isn't logical".
