This amendment would make it clearer the number of congress people's votes needed to overturn a veto to 4/5 instead of 3/4. Since we now have five congress people this would make it simpler. So if this passes four of the five congresspeople would have to vote to overturn a veto.

3/4 makes more sense. 3/5 allows two of three congressmen to team up, giving congress more power.

So if this passes three congresspeople would have to vote to overturn a veto. If it needed 3/5 to overturn the veto, what's the point of an executive order? Why not just propose a law? It should be either 4/5 or 3/4.

Actually, I'm revoking my endorsement. Considering the size of Congress, 75% and 80% are pretty much the same thing.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
