Problem: I have recently noticed how there are many abandoned proposals or bills that are not in the Trash Can, and how take up unnecessary space. I further realize that there is no limit that restricts how long a proposal can be introduced.
Solution: I believe that if a proposed bill does not have the endorsement of majority of congress after 3 days, that bill or proposal should be discarded in the Trash Can. A discarded bill should be able to be reintroduced after the following congressional elections, keeping in mind that opinions can change as congressional positions and opinions change.
I strongly encourage voters to explain their vote and opinion.

I think, instead of being put in the trash can, the proposal should be marked as new, so more people can be interested in it. Also, the proposal should be announced in a telegram.

I dont think you can endorse your own proposal I pretty sure you can. You most certainly cannot. That would defeat the purpose of an endorsement.

I think that the time should be longer, three days is a short time period. I propose that it be raised to five or six days. Also if it is more than three, people don't need to worry as much about not seeing propositions. Which benefits the populous and the government.

If a majority of people vote for more time, then I will extend it.

I disagree with extending the time. Three days is the frequency in which one should be active. It is plenty of time for people to see the bill.

Fellow members of Congress, it would be extremely helpful if you publicly state your vote and opinion. This will speed up everything, and the very purpose of this proposal is to help future proposals not take so long to process.

I disagree with this bill. Many bills go into the trashcan just because nobody knows about them, so I say to only put bills in the trashcan after a majority of congress has vored against it. If after a few days nobody has voted on a bill, simply make a regional telegram alerting everyone about the bill.
