Activity is currently represented as a glance on a webpage. This, however, is no activity at all. Activity should be defined as posting on the forum or board, doing an issue, or voting in the WA. One could simply remain in the region by glancing at the forum once every 59 hours. This isn't activity.
This proposition is to change the region's definition of activity to making a post, voting, or doing issues. Glancing at the forum shouldn't count for activity.

I have been thinking about this for a long time. This is a great idea. We need to change this now.
