This law is really simple. Many nations have received strikes for inactivity. But in order to be banned you have to have three strikes. Every three months the strike count for every nation would be reset, so that in order to be banned you have to be inactive three times in three months.

Could we also keep a running record of strikes public? I banned Karim the other day and now he's bombarding me with telegram saying that this was his second, not third, violation.

Karim for sure had three. He was kicked more than three times.
As for the bill, I won't veto it, but no. This defeats the purpose of strikes. You could just be inactive and get kicked twice, but have no long term punishment.

I don't think they should be reset, but there needs to be a public display of when someone gets kicked.

Endorsed, but this is kind of useless factoring in that in less than three months 8th grade will be over.

Endorsed, but this is kind of useless factoring in that in less than three months 8th grade will be over. Just because eight grade ends doesn't mean we have to end the region.

Endorsed, but this is kind of useless factoring in that in less than three months 8th grade will be over. So you're saying you're stopping after 8th grade?

Not necessarily, but I feel there's going to be a large amount of change—notably less activity.
