Recently, there has been sort of a grey area in terms of kicking and banning people. This order is to set everything straight, and hopefully clarify the system for the Secretary of Internal Affairs in addition to the founder. If one is inactive for three days, they are to be kicked by the Secretary of Internal Affairs or the Founder. After said kicking is completed, the kicked person is issued a strike. After one strike, a warning is issued. After a second strike, one must retake our citizenship test. After a third strike, one is out of strikes, and the next time they are to be kicked, they are banned. This means that the Secretary of Internal Affairs must ban them, and not kick them like was previously done. If one claims to have a valid reason for them being inactive, they are entitled to a fair trial where their peers will vote on if they are to be issued a strike or banned. This means they could have strikes disputed and pulled within five days of the strike being issued. This system allows those who believe they had a reason to be inactive to have their strike withdrawn.
Congressmen, leave your thoughts and rejections down below. This bill will be either rejected or in refredum at 8:34 AM on April 6.

I agree. There has been a lot of nuance surrounding these rules recently. This would establish them in a clear and undisputed manner.

I endorse this, but I think there should be a time when the strikes are reset.
