Hello. I have a new proposition that may benefit our nation for the better. This proposal is to eliminate puppet nations from The Bulldogs. For those of you who don't know, a puppet nation is a second, or alternate, nation. The reason puppet nations should be banned is simple. During elections, if one with a puppet nation is running, they can not only vote for themselves to win (which could have happened in Le Libertia vs. Mexican Borderland), but they give somebody an upper hand. Puppet nations aren't needed in our region, and it will make everybody equal.
One exception however would be East and West Eritrea because of the fact that Suleyman wants an account d fairly, and doesn't want to be founder all of the time.

I don't believe we need to ban all puppet nations, I think they should not be able to hold any government positions or vote. Basically, they shouldn't be registered citizens. The reason puppet nations come here is because they don't have any other place to go, and the owner doesn't want the nation to be eliminated or be in an unknown region. It would be unfair to kick out these nations. If this is the case, what is the point in having one? They could always join a random region. Why would people make puppet nations if they were in already? Your logic is flawed.

One of the further things that I want to add:
Should there be some region like "The Bulldogs – Puppets" ? This way, a compromise is made between both of you. In my view, the region would be more relaxed and the Constitution would still apply. And the Sec of State would oversee things. Think of it as a "puppet state warehouse."

If you are doing this, than you shouldn't give an exception to any nation. That is quite unfair to the other nations who are expelled.
