I am currently trying to create a Congress-only group and a Executive-only group due to the reorganization of the "Bills and Amendments" board, which will soon have a sub-board for only Congressional proposals and votes. However, I cannot make new groups. Only David, with his admin account, can do that (at least that's what I think).
So, a temporary fix:
* The "Government" group will temporarily be only for Congresspeople until further notice. * I will place all Executive branch members in the Administrator group.

Incorrect. Government is for those who are government. Do not place the others into Admin. I'll just remove them. All admin does is allow them to edit the forum. If this is the case, I'll revoke all power from the regular admin rank.

Do you have the ability to make a new "Congress" group? Because I can't.

And we need to have a Congress only sub board. As it says in the Constitution (which we've been violating this whole time):
"But, if they do not hold a position, then they can write a forum thread. In this case they would specify what it is they wish to propose, be it a law, amendment, or something else, and their congressional representative in the title. Then the congressman of the person who suggested the change would either create the poll or post a reply explaining why they will not create this poll."
Creating a congressional subboard would be instrumental in this process. Also, may I add, that a Congress-only vote must be taken before the populous votes on it.

This is true, however the populous still has the right to create an amendment or bill. We are grazing over the fact that we had a bill passed to clearly states the populous had that right.
