This executive order is a three part system to select our government officials after a president is elected.
Step 1: The president is elected via populous vote.
Step 2: The president selected the Vice President
Step 3: The populous selects the cabinet
Reasoning
In the American government system, the VP is selected by the president. This would make sense because the president knows who would be best for their style of leadership. This is not something the public, or populous, may fully understand. The Vice President and the President have the inability to select the cabinet. The populous choose the cabinet because they have the right to control who is assisting the protection in their country. One exception however is that the same person cannot have the same cabinet position twice. The VP must change every election as well.
Another Note: All people get one vote in elections, and the WA delegates job is reinstated, but it is voluntary.
Thank you you for considering this order.

Would this remove all executive connections with the cabinet?

Would this remove all executive connections with the cabinet? In elections, yes.

Two of three congressman have voted. I'd say it is a yes. I'm adding that each person only gets one vote in elections.

Sorry to break it to you, but your Executive Order has been revoked. As the Constitution says (Article 2, Sec 1),
"The president may also issue Executive Orders to help with implementation of a law. If more than half of Congress believes that the Executive Order is not justified, then the Executive Order is revoked."
Freedooom and Le Libertia (2/3 of Congress) have both expressed that they do not approve of this. Thus, your Order is revoked.

I believe that Connor deliberately said no because I told him to do his job.
